Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • a brief description of the issue

  • clear photographs of the product and packaging

We will work quickly to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, offer:

  • a replacement

  • a refund

  • or another suitable solution

Colour & Print Variation

Please note that slight colour variations may occur between screen displays and printed artwork due to monitor settings and professional printing processes. This is normal and not considered a fault.

Personalised & Made-to-Order Items

As many StudioTROW products are personalised or printed specifically to order, we are generally unable to accept returns for:

  • change of mind

  • incorrect customer-provided information

  • or ordering the wrong size/style

We encourage customers to carefully review personalisation details and sizing before ordering.

Delivery Issues

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to help investigate the issue with the delivery provider.
